Bringing together community, mental health and learning disability services

We are planning to bring together community, mental health and learning disability services across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. This will involve creating a new NHS trust which provides all these services together. We believe that this will help to improve access, experience and outcomes of care.

At the moment these services are provided by four separate NHS organisations. We hope that by bringing services into one Trust, it will make things better for patients, communities and NHS workers.

The organisations involved in this work are Solent NHS Trust, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
