This survey will ask for your views on our Care for Adult’s web pages. These pages include information and services relating to Adult Social Care.

We reviewed and edited these web pages in September 2025. The edits involved a new design and layout of the main Care for Adults home page, rewriting and reorganising pages, and making the content more accessible.

We’d now like your views on the new design and edited content.
