Artificial intelligence (A.I) chatbots are computer programs that use artificial intelligence to communicate with people. In healthcare, they can answer questions, provide information, and help people manage their health by chatting in real time, similar to texting with a person. There is growing interest in using A.I to improve healthcare. However little is known about how people who use healthcare services feel about these new technologies. If you have asthma, we invite you to take part by completing this short, anonymous survey. Your feedback is very important and will help shape how A.I is used in healthcare in the future. Participation is entirely voluntary. All responses will be treated with strict confidentiality, and the survey is completely anonymous. By completing this survey you are providing consent to participate.
