Hopsital@Home Values Survey

A new intensive home treatment service to prevent the need for young people to be admitted to hospital is being developed in Sussex. We are interested in hearing your views on what values are important to you within a mental health service. This survey has been developed by one of our Experts by Experience who has accessed CAMHS services. We will use the answers of the survey to then develop a name, strapline and set of values that the service will work to.
