A survey of healthcare professionals perspectives of supporting patients with communication difficulties in acute hospital settings |
Thank you for considering taking part in this survey which explores your perspectives on supporting patients who have communication difficulties in acute hospital settings.
The survey is open to any healthcare professional except speech and language therapists who work or have worked in an acute hospital in Ireland.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Participation is completely voluntary, and all responses are anonymous. You may leave the survey at any time before submitting your responses. Once submitted, responses cannot be withdrawn because they cannot be linked back to individual participants
The study is being carried out by Aoife Nugent, a final year speech and language therapy student at TCD and has received ethical approval from the school of Linguistic, Speech and Communication Sciences Research Ethics Committee at Trinity College Dublin.
