Propose an event at SSPCR 2025

The Scientific Committee will evaluate your proposal according to:
  • Interest to the conference audience
  • Novelty of the research, project, topic
  • Contribution to innovative planning policies and tools
Selected event proposals will be invited in June 2025 to discuss details with the conference organisers. Your event will be included in the conference program once logistic and budget are finalized.

* 4. Format.Events can take many forms such as workshops, moderated debates, roundtables, world cafès, application testbeds, gaming or other innovative formats that complement the official program.

Travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the speakers or event organizers. Please note that speakers and participants must register to SSPCR 2025 to be able to attend the event.
