INFORMED CONSENT FORM

For the online questionnaire/survey "Citizens’ awareness and acceptance of Mass Community Testing "

1 – Brief information about the research activity within the ONELAB Project

ONELAB is developing mobile labs to quickly detect infectious diseases and help coordinate emergency responses. These labs can be adapted for different situations and use advanced technology to identify pathogens even before symptoms appear. Lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic will guide the help creating a way to find new disease markers (biological signs in the body that indicate an infection) with minimal human input. This will allow for faster disease detection and better decision-making during outbreaks.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 101073924
2 – The survey

The present FLASH SURVEY intends to provide information on citizens’ awareness and acceptance of Mass Community Testing (MCT). This data will allow the ONELAB team to further its analysis on the perception, acceptance, awareness and trust of mass community disease detection testing and its perceived impact and effectiveness. This allows ONELAB to integrate these inputs and concerns in its activities, design and products.
