This 6-week custom-designed fitness and mental wellbeing program is delivered by experts in Trinity Sport. It will include mindfulness skills training and improved self-knowledge through psychoeducation. The 6-week program includes one session per week.

During the session, you will participate in 30 minutes of mental health and wellbeing exercise followed by 60 minutes of physical activity. The program is for people of all ages and ability and everyone is welcome! If selected for the Mind Body Boost program, a member of The MBB Team will be in touch via your TCD email address.

Before registering your interest, please make sure that you're available to attend the MBB sessions on the dates below, during the specified times in Oldham House, Trinity Hall, Dartry.

MBB will take place on 6 Friday evenings starting on 21 February 2025:

  • Breaking for Reading Week on 7 March
  • 14th, 21st, and 28th March
  • Finishing on 4 April
Please note that there is a nominal €15 charge for this course. Places are limited for MBB and sign-up does not guarantee you a spot on the programme.
One of the MBB co-facilitators (Daniel Twomey, Trinity Sport) is also researching the group as part of his PhD research.
