Interim Report

Please complete and return your project interim report when you are halfway through the delivery of your project, at this point we shall review the below and if all project milestones are met, we shall release the next instalment of your grant allocation.

We may also request a meeting with you to follow up on any of the below points and to discuss the progress of your project before the next grant instalment is released.

Your report must provide evidence of progress and development of your Made in Wakefield Large Grant project/activity. Your responses to the following questions will help us to understand your project and the experience in your own words.
