We'd like your feedback on the emerging principles of the Mayor's Transport Plan, as well as your experiences of using our transport network. Understanding the challenges you face and your aspirations for the future of transport in our region will help shape improvements that matter. So, your input is vital to informing the next stages of the development of the Plan. All responses will be anonymous, and you will not be identified.

The questionnaire should take around 10 minutes to complete. The first two sections of this questionnaire explore the ambition, goals and key policies of the Mayor's Transport Plan. Section 3 focuses on your views of what the Plan should prioritise and the travel challenges you experience across the EMCCA region. Section 4 gathers feedback to help you improve the region's bus network. The final optional section helps us understand the reach of this survey and supports our Equality Act 2010 obligations.

EMCCA collects and processes data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. The data we obtain from you as part of this questionnaire will be used for the purposes of informing the Mayor’s Transport Plan and Bus Service Improvement Plan. Completion of this questionnaire is entirely optional and based on you providing consent to share your data with EMCCA. Please note, EMCCA are working in conjunction with ITP / Haskoning to develop the Mayor’s Transport Plan, including the consultation and questionnaire.
