Hello! My name is Audrey Gunawan, and I am a Master’s student with University College Dublin. I am conducting a study on improving community sentiment regarding public transportation in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'd really appreciate it if you would fill out this short survey!

What is this research about?

The purpose of this study is to determine what changes can be made to the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system to improve public sentiment and ultimately ridership.

Why am I doing this research?
How many people don’t take BART because they’ve heard bad things about it vs. actually had a bad personal experience? What changes can be made that will actually change community sentiment towards BART? Many changes are possible and have been made, but not all of them have the same amount of impact on public perception. I would like to determine what changes will have the largest impact on public perception to increase ridership on public transportation in the Bay Area.
