I have all the necessary information that I need to complete the application form at hand.

I have prepared a statement of motivation of no more than 1500 characters incl. spaces.

(In case you are applying for a scholarship) I have prepared a scholarship statement of no more than 1000 characters incl. spaces.

I have prepared the essay of no more than 3500 characters incl. spaces.

I have carefully read the information provided on the Winter School website.
