Information for Participants

This survey provides an opportunity for you to share your experience with Herts SU, after you experienced the WTF is Herts SU initiative.

We will ask for your Student ID number, which will allow us to track how many UH students take part in our research each year, and to ensure that each response represents one individual student.

Your Student ID numbers will not be published publicly and will be separated from your survey responses before analysis.

This survey will take up to 2-minutes to complete.
