Introduction

This survey was developed by PANTOUR (https://nexttourismgeneration.eu/pantour/), a European Union research consortium drawn from 10 countries that is developing educational tools to address current and future skills needs in tourism and hospitality. This survey asks for your opinion on equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

The survey follows research ethics protocols and GDPR regulations, which means it is completely anonymous and does not ask for personal information. It can be answered by any employee who is currently working in the industry in Europe and is 18+ years-old, no matter how long, and what job position.
